ZDD-B3 Automatic Dropping Device
Introduction:
Grinding and polishing of the sample are the essential procedures in the metallographic sample preparation. This dosing device is just designed for the automatic dosing of the suspension. It is controlled by single chip microcomputer and output by a precise peristaltic pump. The touch screen displays and controls the input speed, which can completely replace the artificial drops to reach the purpose of timing and uniform output of the suspension. It is equipped with electromagnetic stirring function to ensure uniform suspension without precipitation. Multiple liquid storage bottles can be selected and output simultaneously. The machine can adapt to the output of various suspensions and can be used for various grinding and polishing machines. With easy operation, compact appearance and safety use, it is the ideal ancillary equipment for metallographic sample preparation.
