Introduction:
This machine is a manual / automatic precision cutting machine. The whole machine adopts electromechanical separation structure, which is effective in protecting electrical safety and convenient in maintenance. The height of the spindle can be adjusted, Y axis and X axis can be both automatically and accurately controlled to achieve the continuous thin slice cutting of the sample. With automatic intelligent feeding, the speed can be automatically adjusted according to the hardness of the material to avoid blockage. This machine is suitable for the sample cutting of various shapes, sizes and materials, the surface of the sample after cutting is bright and flat without burns, thus it is the ideal equipment for sample cutting.

6.Z axis can be manually adjusted, which is suitable for various sizes cut-off wheels, and can compensate for the loss and thus effectively improving the utilization rate of cut-off wheels.
7.With explosion-proof transparent observation window and protection of cover opening, it is safe and reliable. With powerful exhaust fan, it makes observation more clear.
8.Adjustable LED lamp to achieve effective lighting for the whole cutting chamber.
9.With double-sided quick clamp and T slot cutting table, it is easy to operate and easy to replace.
10.Three adjustable cooling water lines can prevent sample burns and there is the independent clean water gun for easy cleaning.
11.The mobile magnetic circulating cooling water tank has effective filtration and can prevent sample burns.
Application range:
It is suitable for various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, heat treatment parts, forgings, semiconductors, crystals, ceramics and rocks etc.
